We treat your home with the utmost care and respect, completing the project on time and within the budget. Speaking of last goodbyes, once a project is finished we schedule 6, 12 and 24 month check-ins. We want to self-audit our work, address any warranty items before they happen and have a chance to learn about how our projects age. Our goal is to eventually be the company who gets to remodel our previous projects 10 or 20 years down the road and be there for our clients in all of the moments between.

At WKB, we offer a full range of services including design and consultation, building and fine carpentry, and landscaping. With every project, we attempt to create spaces that integrate your renovating goals with existing architecture. Whether we are replacing siding on a cape house, restoring traditional Victorian details, or updating a kitchen and bath, we want your project to belong to you, your home, and its environment. When renovating, we use materials that will complement and enhance the character of your home.

We want your house to work as well as it looks. With a commitment to reducing our own carbon footprint, we strive to improve your home’s or office’s efficiency. This means identifying and remedying insulation deficiencies, installing products and systems that lower power usage and electric usage monitors, and using building materials and techniques with proven track records in lifespan and performance. We use building materials that save on cost and waste.

Finish Carpentry

Wendel Klein Builders specializes in fine carpentry. Our highly talented staff carpenters bring years of experience and proven construction methods to each project. We pride ourselves on every detail from reproducing period woodwork, to creating custom cabinetry and built-ins, to designing and building beautiful decks and porches. Upon completion, each project is carefully inspected. As carpenters, our concerns are for quality craftsmanship and aesthetically pleasing final products.
